Sherry’s Patient Story: Single-Tooth Implant Treatment

Sherry shares her experience of having single-tooth implant treatment at The Implant Centre, having needed an implant urgently and how good and easy the treatment was.

My daughter was getting married in Australia, in a matter of months. We were in Brisbane and the wedding was in Byron Bay, so it was really nice. Quite exciting, and we had lots of things organised with family and friends, having lots of photographs taken. I've got such a big smile; I seem to show all my teeth.
When I had, the problem with my tooth, I thought it would be solved straight away. I went to the dentist and then he told me I had to have an implant, and I panicked. I just thought this was not going to be done in time for the wedding. And that worried me. Obviously on the wedding day, if you don't have a tooth you're not going to smile. You're going to stop smiling, but that didn't happen.
It's very nice, a very nice atmosphere there, they’re very friendly and they can't do enough for you. It really is just a nice place to be, it’s very relaxing. You go in, sit down, have a cup of coffee. I think one of the other things that really struck me about The Implant Centre was that they explained everything so well, there wasn't anything you had to ask about. It was all explained to you. You know, you didn't come away feeling, well, I forgot to do that, I forgot to say to them about this. It was all planned, you know, it was just a matter of course. And I just felt totally relaxed with them.
