Directions to us in Haywards Heath
To make your journey to visit us at The Implant Centre in Haywards Heath as easy as possible, we’ve provided some travel options and information, including car travel, trains and buses.
Directions
The Implant Centre is now at No. 2, The Broadway, Haywards Heath, RH16 3AH – just a short walk from Haywards Heath railway station.
If you’re coming by train, simply leave the station and walk straight ahead down Perrymount Road. In just a few minutes, you’ll reach The Broadway. Turn left, and you’ll find us at No. 2, right at the start of the street.
If you’re driving, the easiest way is to follow the signs for Haywards Heath railway station. From there, continue along Perrymount Road and turn into The Broadway. You’ll see No. 2 on your left at the very beginning of the road. There are several public car parks close by, all within easy walking distance.

Directions by Car – From the A272 East:
Enter Haywards Heath on the A272.
At the roundabout by the Birch Hotel (hotel on your right), go straight ahead.
Continue to the next roundabout by the Princess Royal Hospital – go straight ahead again onto Franklynn Road.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto South Road (the High Street).
At the end of South Road, join the one-way system and move into the right-hand lane immediately.
As the road curves, stay to the right onto The Broadway.
Once on The Broadway, switch to the left lane – we’re on your left
Directions by Car – From the A272 West:
From the A23, take the exit signposted Haywards Heath / Petersfield.
At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bolney Road (A272) toward Haywards Heath.
Follow the A272 through Ansty. At the next roundabout, turn left, staying on the A272 (signposted Haywards Heath).
At the following roundabout, take the second exit onto the bypass (A272).
At the end of the bypass, take the second exit onto Tylers Green (A272).
At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Butlers Green Road (A272).
At the mini roundabout, continue straight ahead on A272 (Butlers Green Road).
At the next mini roundabout, continue straight again onto Muster Green (signposted Town Centre).
At the end of Muster Green, join the one-way system and move into the right-hand lane onto The Broadway.
Once on The Broadway, switch to the left lane – we’re on your left.
On Foot From Haywards Heath Station
Exit the station and turn right onto Perrymount Road.
Walk straight ahead along Perrymount Road.
When you reach the pedestrian crossing at the one-way system, cross to the opposite side of the road.
Continue walking in the same direction.
You’ll see The Implant Centre on your left – we’re the last building on the road.
Walking time: Around 10 minutes.
By Bus
There is a bus stop directly outside The Implant Centre called “The Broadway S-bound.”
Buses from nearby towns and villages stop regularly at:
Haywards Heath Railway Station
Sainsbury’s (Boltro Road)
South Road (Town Centre)
From there, it’s just a short walk to The Broadway.
