All-on-4 and Teeth in a Day
Where treatment planning confirms it is clinically appropriate, suitable patients can have their implants placed and a fixed provisional bridge fitted in a single appointment. You come in with failing or missing teeth and leave with a provisional set of fixed new teeth the same day.
The provisional bridge is not the final restoration. Over the following months, the implants integrate with the bone in a process called osseointegration. Once healing is complete, the final bridge is fitted, built to last and matched precisely to your face and bite by the technicians at our on-site Ceramic Designs laboratory.

Four is the minimum for a full arch, which is where the All-on-4 name comes from. In some cases, our clinical team will plan treatment with five or six implants where the bone structure, the bite load or the long-term prognosis makes that the better option. Treatment is carried out under intravenous sedation to ensure that the entire procedure is comfortable for you. Some soreness and swelling in the days following surgery is normal and managed with standard pain relief.
