How Much Do Dental Implants Cost?
A single completed dental implant includes everything needed for your new tooth — the surgery, materials, time, X-rays, and an initial follow-up appointment.
This price doesn’t include:
Removal of any teeth required for your treatment
Bone augmentation (sometimes needed for additional support)
A temporary tooth to fill a gap (not usually required for back teeth)
You’ll always receive a clear, written treatment plan after your assessment, detailing every stage and cost before treatment begins.
Costs for Multiple Implants
When several teeth need to be replaced, we don’t simply multiply the single implant price.
In many cases, fewer implants can support multiple teeth using a fixed bridge — reducing your total cost.
However, more complex treatments may require additional planning, such as the use of 3D models, surgical guides, or computer-assisted surgery. These steps ensure precision and long-term success, and any extra costs will always be discussed in advance.
At The Implant Centre, we believe in transparent pricing and tailored care — so you always know exactly what’s included.

Yes, we offer flexible finance options to help you manage the cost of your treatment comfortably. We partner with Chrysalis Finance, a leading provider of healthcare payment solutions, which allows us to break down the total cost of your implant treatment into a number of much smaller and more manageable monthly payments. This straightforward approach means you can move forward with your treatment immediately, spreading the investment over a period that suits your personal budget.

In the UK, very few private dental insurance policies provide cover for dental implants, as they are often categorised as complex or elective restorative work. While we do not claim directly against your insurance policy ourselves, we are happy to assist you in any way we can with the documentation or clinical information you may need to facilitate your own claim with your provider. We recommend that you check your policy wording closely and contact your insurer directly to confirm if you are eligible for any contribution towards your treatment costs.

Yes. We understand that both the financial and time commitments for complex implant treatments are significant, and we are happy to work with you to stage your treatment. Many of our patients prefer to stagger their care, whether for planning or budgeting purposes. We can break down your treatment into manageable phases, ensuring that each step is completed to the highest standard before moving on to the next. This approach often works well by focusing on:
Initial stabilisation: Addressing immediate functional needs first, such as clearing infections or securing primary sites.
Planned intervals: Scheduling restorative work over a timeline that suits your personal and financial schedule.
Long-term maintenance: Integrating your treatment with the Implant Aftercare Membership plan to ensure long-term success while we progress through your rehabilitation.
During your consultation, we can discuss a phased treatment plan that aligns with your priorities. We will provide a transparent cost and timeline breakdown for each stage so you can plan with complete confidence.
