How to find us: from Eastbourne

 

To make your journey from Eastbourne to visit us at The Implant Centre in Brighton & Hove as easy as possible, we’ve provided some travel options and information, including car travel, trains and buses.

By Car:

You can drive from Eastbourne to Hove, which is approximately a 1-hour journey, depending on traffic. Follow the A27 road westward from Eastbourne to Hove. 

Your best option is to input our address details into your car's Sat Nav or mobile app to find the best route. You can also enter our details into google maps to find the best directions to follow.

Google Maps Directions - from central Eastbourne. This may not be the fastest route, please check traffic conditions as this may vary due to time of day and weather. There may be a better alternative route.

This is a direct route from the A27 (W) from google maps.

  • Follow A27 (W) to Dyke Rd Ave.

  • Take the exit for A2038 from A27 towards Hove.

  • At Devil's Dyke Interchange, take the 2nd exit onto Dyke Rd Ave.

  • Turn right onto Woodruff Ave.

  • Turn left onto Shirley Dr. Continue onto The Drive/B2185, Turn left onto Cromwell Rd/B2120, Turn right onto Holland Rd.

  • Drive through the first set of lights and we will be on the left just before the 2nd set of lights at the corner of Holland Rd and Western Road.

By Train:

Take a train from Eastbourne to Hove Railway Station. The journey by train usually takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour, and Hove Railway Station is relatively close to your destination. From Hove Railway Station, you can either walk to The Implant Centre or use local transportation. 

  • Bus from Hove Train Station: After taking the south exit of Hove train station, head south on Goldstone Villas where you can take the number 81 bus towards Open Market. Exit the bus at Palmeira Square (6th stop). This bus comes approximately every 30 minutes.

  • On Foot - From Hove Train Station: After taking the south exit of Hove train station, head south on Goldstone Villas and at the end of the road turn left into Blatchington Road continue and at the traffic lights turn right into The Drive. At the next junction, with Café Nero on your right, turn left onto Church Road. Continue onto Palmeira Square and The Implant Centre is directly in front of you (backing onto Tesco Express).


By Bus:

There are bus services that run from Eastbourne to Brighton. The Coaster 12, 12A, 12X, (Click here for the schedule) and get off at The Clocktower (stop L)

The Clocktower is right near Churchill Square Shopping Centre, here (on Western Road) you will find a lot of bus stops and options to get to Palmeira Square. Any of these buses 1, 1A, 2, 5, 6, 5A, 5B, 46 49. The Implant Centre is only a short walk from the Palmeira Square bus stop.

If you’re not pushed for time and fancy walking, it’s about a 20-25 min walk from the Clocktower stop along Western Road. There are plenty of nice shops, cafés and restaurants along the way. If the weather is nice you could walk along the seafront and take in some of Brighton's famous sites.

Note: If you google buses from Eastbourne to Palmeira Square lots of detailed options and schedules appear. 

Remember to check the specific schedules, routes, and availability for your chosen transportation method, as they may vary depending on the time of day and day of the week. Additionally, plan your return trip in advance to ensure a smooth journey back to Eastbourne.
