In many instances it is possible to remove a tooth and place an implant immediately into the extraction socket (an “instant implant”) and this is often the case near the front of the mouth.
It is often also possible to make a temporary crown at the time of the extraction and implant placement which is attached immediately onto the implant (an “instant tooth”).
This means that a patient may come in with a failing tooth, have it removed and an implant immediately placed into the socket and a temporary crown fitted immediately onto the implant - an instant implant and an instant tooth.
Patients love the speed and simplicity of treatment and the fact that they never need to wear a denture.
Although not possible for every case, you will be told at your implant assessment whether this rapid form of treatment is an option for you.
You will be treated by experts in their field, using the very latest and best equipment that is available anywhere in the world.

It has made the most amazing difference to my life and I just don’t know how to thank everyone at the implant centre enough you have made me so very happy.
Miss P. Y
The treatment itself was highly professional: no waiting around, a full explanation of what was being done and why and a friendly manner from everyone concerned – all of which helped to put me at ease and feel I was in the safe hands of true professionals.

And though it’s taken quite a while, You have at last restored my smile. So now I hope to sing and play, And entertain you many a day.
