It is now three weeks since you exposed the new implants and fitted the posts to bring them into use, and I am truly delighted with the result. I am most grateful for the wonderful and skilled job you have done, and sincerely the lower denture is now so firmly secured that I am unaware that I have a denture at all. For a chap of my age it is almost a miracle to have such a choice at meal times.
I do appreciate all the work that you put in for me and I must mention how much I liked the Surgical Treatment Plan you prepared showing the various steps that needed to be taken. I found it most helpful.
